How To Be A Become A Light Sleeper

Four Agreements to achieve harmony

In these days I'll give someone the book by Don Miguel Ruiz, "The Four Agreements", a book that I had the pleasure of reading during our vacation in Greece. For those who have made a personal journey and for those who have followed the communication courses Spoladore Don Paul, this book agile and fresh can refresh a few things when we are struggling to keep on the path we chose.
Agreements are based on the ancient wisdom of the Toltec people , which was kept secret to protect it from misuse, during the European conquest. Fortunately, the nagual (master) succeeded in Secret to pass from generation to generation, waiting time to be able to return again to the people.
To our understanding, Ruiz starts from what is the great collective dream in which mankind lives: an illusion which includes the rules of society, its beliefs, laws, religions, different cultures and ways of be, governments, schools, social events and holidays. "Since we are born, society trains us to live in this illusion, making us take out thousands of" agreements "with ourselves and using the most powerful engine: fear. To find happiness and out of suffering then we should be able to change these agreements, on healthier than others.
The Four Agreements Toltec tradition are disarming in their simplicity, but are far from simple to decline in everyday life: ; ; ;
1. Be impeccable with the word
2. Do not take anything in a personal way
3. Do not assume anything
4. It 's always your best

After explaining the agreements one by one, the last part of the book is devoted to how to break the old agreements (and some quite large) to replace then with new ones. If we succeed, "says Ruiz, we are new men and women, and most importantly, we will be free .

Dods Everyone Experience Implantation Bleeding?

Yes, October 25 is really a bit 'pay ... However, in Val di Fiemme this morning we got up so ...

Then snow throughout the day (at the end over 15 cm), canceled transport, cars in difficulty (everyone thought it was too early to mount tires snow) roads closed due to fallen trees and power blackouts in the morning until 21 ... The rest live in the mountains also reserve these surprises.
Thank goodness we had at home a lot of candles! In fact, I have found so nice to spend an evening, cooking soup barley on fire, rather than on the electric stove, and dining by candlelight ...

Harold And Kumar Escape Clips

First snowfall in the mountains: Alpe di Villandro

As the competition to take the children on holiday ended, I can publish the story of our Minitrekking two days on the beautiful plateau of Alpe Villandro (BZ), located in Sarentine heart of the Alps.
So here we are, to bring Angela (I) and the potty (Paul), through expanses of pine.

Two beautiful days suitable for children, because with us there was also the granddaughter Giorgia, accompanied by her father: in barely two hours you will reach one of the many shelters that are in the area . Among other things, I also found lots of stone pine cones, from which I then made the pine nuts to make pesto and strudel.

The plateau is also frequented by mountain bikers, as the roads are unpaved and can do some good laps ring from hut to hut.
We dined and slept at the shelter Stoeffl Huette (d. 2057), which is a paradise for children: there are cows, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, two goats and even llamas.

The refuge is also open during the winter and you can go snowshoeing, if there is snow. Seeing the ups and downs of the trail is worth to bring their sleds to enjoy the slopes. We're already preparing, collecting subscriptions!
